Established in 1986, Bay Area DKI is a full service restoration company that helps residential and commercial customers restore their properties after disasters of all kinds. Whether you need emergency services, clean-up or complete reconstruction, Bay Area DKI understands our customer’s need for fast, reliable service in order to get back to everyday life.
Unscheduled remodeling is hard to manage if the restorers in charge of the project don’t understand the situation. Bay Area DKI technicians are specialized in restoration services that are required as a result of Wind, Fire, Water, Mold or Sinkhole damage. Our technicians have been trained and certified by nationally-recognized restoration organizations such as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The IICRC was formed in 1972 to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body to set and promote high standards and ethics, and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the restoration industry. IICRC certification requires continuing education in order to ensure that technicians stay on the forefront of the restoration industry.
Bay Area DKI works with all insurance companies and can assist you in providing your insurance adjuster the necessary documentation and paperwork required for claim processing.
